Please note: selection of receiving date is for shipping of live animals overnight only. For drygoods orders, your order will be shipped next business day using Ground shipping. You will receive it 3-5 days from the day it ships.

Livestock: $32.99 UPS overnight. Free at $225 - after discounts, to the contiguous US (Alaska/Puerto Rico additional fee). Saturday arrival - additional $15 charged by UPS.

Drygoods $7.50 (USPS, UPS , etc) Free at $100 - after discount, for the contiguous US (Alaska/Puerto Rico additional fee).
We do not ship to Hawaii, PO Boxes, or PMBs.
Livestock and Drygoods will ship separately.
Shipping module is required for FlashSale.
Alaska or PR customer pay for any additional shipping in FlashSale.

Flashsale events shipping - Due to already heavily discounted prices, a shipping module is usually required to participate in LiveSale & InstaSale events. Please refer to the rules posted on the specific page for each event. Thank you for your understanding.

"Local Pick-up Orders / Triton Test Only" are Free Shipping - If you select this option please be sure you are placing a test only, or pick up order. (We are no longer shipping to Manhattan Aquariums store for pick-up, as that location is closed)

Free Local Pick-up at our facility during business hours, please call us at 818.570.0848 to inform of your arrival time, so we can make sure your order is ready for pickup.

UPS Next Day Air guarantee is arrival by 11pm. In most instances it will arrive earlier than this. This is UPS's guarantee.

UPS informed us overnight SHIPPING may experience delays. They have suspended all guarantees, and if the box doesn't reach you on time, or at all, there is NO recourse for UniqueCorals. Please be patient, as we will try everything in our poower to track down your order in the route, and get your order to you as soon as possible in the safest way possible, thank you for your understanding!

We ship via UPS, once the order is packed (late afternoon the day before delivery date), you will receive tracking info in your email.  We try to keep the animals in the box as short as possible, but we also pack with plenty of oxygen, heat or cool packs as needed, so the animals are Ok for 48 hours. If you are in the same shipping zone as our facility, we will pick the most efficient service while your animals will arrive at the same guaranteed timeframe as if shipping by air. (i.e. if you are in Los Angeles, "Ground shipping" will arrive "next day", same as "next day air".)

There are never any additional box or handling charges.
We will account for the weather condition of your destination and modulate the temperature with heat or cold packs in well insulated boxes. Please leave any special instructions in "Comment" upon checkout.

If you would like to pick up your livestock order from our sister store Manhattan Aquariums in New York City for free, simply leave us a note in the comments box and choose "Local Pick-up" at checkout for no shipping charge.  We ship to New York once a week, our staff will contact you once your order arrives at the store.

We are fanatical about every specimen arriving safe and sound.  We only use professional insulated packing with UniqueCorals Boxes and heat/cool packs and oxygenated double bags for Livestock.  We have some of the highest packing standards, period.  So rest assured we have you covered in that department.

Order cut-off is 2PM PST for shipping next day.  We ship Monday to Friday (for Tues - Sat arrival, Sat $15 surcharge per carrier), our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

We’re fanatical about making sure that your livestock arrives in the best possible condition, so we take great measures to assure a smooth trip from our facility to you. We use strong, insulated packaging materials, and your order will be packed with care by some of the most skillful and experienced hands in the industry! We make sure that we use plenty of water, oxygen, and as needed, heat or cold packs, to assure that your livestock arrives healthy and happy. You can also indicate your preferred date of receipt in the comment box. We generally try to ship within one business day after your order is placed (weather permitting). You will receive tracking information from us as soon as your order is shipped (for UPS Shipments).

Please note that we don’t ship (because UPS does not deliver) on some holidays, such as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, and Independence Day. We will ship your order on the next available day after the holiday for arrival on the following day.

We do not require a signature for delivery. However, if you opt for home delivery of your order, please try to get the box as soon as possible, to ensure the health of the animals.  We fear for the animals' health if there is a failed delivery attempt, rejected delivery, or if the package is left at your door for a very long time.

Some customers opt to have shipments held for pickup at a UPS center. It’s free, and this arrangement assures that you won’t miss the delivery. Please indicate your preferred pickup location at checkout.  If you'd like to know more, check UPS.com to find the nearest pickup location.

As Mark Twain once said, “Everyone is talking about the weather, but nobody’s doing anything about it.” We are always watching weather maps and alerts. We shoot for 100%, but sometimes shipping delays or potential losses does happen due to last minute weather emergencies. Since shipper won’t reimburse either of us if the order is lost due to extreme weather, it’s best to avoid placing orders altogether during extreme weather conditions. 

HAWAIIAN CUSTOMERS:  Unfortunately, we are not allowed to ship livestock into the State of Hawaii. We can, however, ship dry goods. Shipping between the mainland and the Islands can be quite expensive! Whenever possible, we'll try to ship dry goods with USPS Flat Rate. However, when we cannot use Flat Rate, we'll use the least expensive method possible, and we will pass some of the shipping costs on to you, as our rates are based upon shipping in the continental U.S. 

HOLDING OF ORDERS: We frequently receive requests to hold corals until customers are ready. We are happy to comply with this request; however,  we can only hold corals for a maximum of TWO WEEKS (14 days) after the order is placed. Special circumstances, such as weather delays, etc. may result in this period being extended. Thank you for your understanding.
